This property is ideal for hunters. It is populated by deer and turkey and I suppose coyotes, fox and waterfowl. It is NOT SUITABLE for quads and motorcycles. It has a foot trail only across state land to reach property line.
You CANNOT BUILD A HOUSE. Maybe you can camp and build a hunting blind or elevated tent platform. Taxes I think are around $600 a YEAR. I just bought property last fall and haven't gotten a tax bill yet.
